I.)🛍️  Πολιτική Επιστροφών & Επιλέξιμα προϊόντα - 🇬🇷🇨🇾 (Ελλάδα/Κυπρος)

Εάν δεν είστε ικανοποιημένοι με την αγορά σας, μπορείτε να επιστρέψετε το προϊόν εντός 14 ημερών από την παραλαβή. Οι επιστροφές είναι ΔΩΡΕΑΝ – ο πελάτης δεν επιβαρύνετε με έξοδα αποστολής. Τα προϊόντα πρέπει να είναι αχρησιμοποίητα, στην αρχική τους συσκευασία και να συνοδεύονται από την απόδειξη αγοράς. Δεν επιστρέφονται προϊόντα που σχετίζονται με προσωπική υγιεινή, γαληνικά προϊόντα ή ειδικές παρασκευές. Αυτά τα είδη δεν μπορούν να επιστραφούν λόγω αυστηρών κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.  Για να ξεκινήσετε τη διαδικασία επιστροφής, κάντε αίτημα από το footer με ένα κλικ στο "Request a Return' & δηλώστε ποιο προιόν σας θέλετε να επιστρέψετε.

🔁 Δεκτές Επιστροφές - Όροι Δωρεάν επιστροφής

  • Έχετε δικαίωμα να επιστρέψετε οποιοδήποτε επιλέξιμο προϊόν εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την ημέρα που παραλάβατε την παραγγελία σας.
  • Για να γίνει αποδεκτή η επιστροφή, το προϊόν πρέπει να είναι άθικτο, αχρησιμοποίητο και μέσα στην αρχική του συσκευασία.
  • Η επιστροφή πρέπει να συνοδεύεται από την απόδειξη αγοράς ή τιμολόγιο.
  • Προϊόντα που παρουσιάζουν σημάδια χρήσης, φθοράς ή λείπει η αρχική συσκευασία δεν μπορούν να επιστραφούν.
  • Μη επιστρέψιμα προϊόντα:
      • Σκευάσματα ειδικής παρασκευής (γαληνικά)
      • Προϊόντα υγείας ή διατροφής των οποίων η συσκευασία έχει ανοιχτεί
      • Είδη προσωπικής φροντίδας που έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί

❗ Εξαιρέσεις

  • Προϊόντα που αφορούν προσωπική υγιεινή, συμπληρώματα διατροφής που έχουν ανοιχτεί, καλλυντικά και ειδικές παρασκευές δεν επιστρέφονται.
  • Τα προϊόντα που έχουν υποστεί φθορά από ακατάλληλη χρήση δεν γίνονται δεκτά.

💸 Επιστροφές Χρημάτων & Δωροκάρτες

  • Μόλις παραλάβουμε και ελέγξουμε το προϊόν, η επιστροφή χρημάτων θα ολοκληρωθεί εντός 7 εργάσιμων ημερών.
  • Η επιστροφή γίνεται στην αρχική μέθοδο πληρωμής (π.χ. κάρτα, PayPal κ.λπ.).
  • Σε περίπτωση αντικαταβολής, η επιστροφή χρημάτων μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί μέσω τραπεζικής κατάθεσης ή IRIS, με τα στοιχεία που θα μας δηλώσετε.

🎁 Επιστροφή με δωροκάρτα:

Για αγορές κάτω των 50€, η επιστροφή χρημάτων δύναται να πραγματοποιηθεί υπό μορφή δωροκάρτας (store credit), η οποία μπορεί να εξαργυρωθεί σε μελλοντικές αγορές από το ηλεκτρονικό μας κατάστημα.

🔄 Ανταλλαγές

Αν επιθυμείτε αλλαγή προϊόντος (π.χ. διαφορετικό μέγεθος ή άλλο προϊόν), επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας πρώτα για διαθεσιμότητα στο [sales@avgerinospharmacy.gr] ή τηλεφωνικά στο +302106623565

🚚 Έξοδα Επιστροφής Αποστολών

  • Σε περίπτωση επιλέξιμης επιστροφής, τα έξοδα αποστολής καλύπτονται από εμάς στο 100%.
  • Για προϊόντα που δεν είναι επιλέξιμα, δεν γίνονται επιστροφές.
  • Αν το προϊόν δεν πληροί τους παραπάνω όρους, διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να αρνηθούμε την επιστροφή.

📬  Επιστροφές εύκολα & γρήγορα! 

📦 Διαδικασία Επιστροφής

  1. Κάνε αίτημα από το footer με ένα κλικ στο "Request a Return'
  2. Συμπλήρωσε το email σου και τον 6-ψηφίο κωδικό που θα σου στείλουμε.
  3. Επέλεξε από την παραγγελία σου το προϊόν επιστροφής
  4. Εάν εγκριθεί η επιστροφή του προϊόντος σας: Θα σας αποστείλουμε μέσω email την ετικέτα αποστολής (shipping label), την οποία θα πρέπει να επιδείξετε στο κατάστημα ή στον Courier ή στο Locker της συνεργαζόμενης μεταφορικής εταιρείας. (Box Now, ELTA, Easy Mail etc.)
  5. Η αποστολή του προϊόντος γίνεται είτε με παράδοση στο κατάστημα είτε, αν προβλέπεται, με παραλαβή από τη διεύθυνσή σας.
  6. Αφού παραλάβουμε και ελέγξουμε το προϊόν, θα προχωρήσουμε στην επιστροφή των χρημάτων ή στην αντικατάσταση, ανάλογα με την περίπτωσή σας.

⚠️ Παρακαλούμε μην αποστείλετε κανένα προϊόν πριν λάβετε το σχετικό shipping label από εμάς.

II.) 🇪🇺  EU Return policy

We follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which gives all customers within the European Union the right to return online purchases under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and under the following conditions:

🔁 Return Costs & Refunds

  1. Return shipping costs for defective, damaged  or incorrect EU orders will be covered completely by us 100%.
  2. Return shipping costs for reasons such as change of mind, size, or personal preference are accepted, however, in this case return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be paid in full by the customer.
  3. You must notify us of any defective or incorrect items or any item you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.
  4. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return
  5. Accompanied by the purchase receipt.

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Personal hygiene or care items (covid-19, masks, suppositories etc.)
  • Customized galenic preparations
  • Opened dietary supplements

💸 Refunds & Store Credit

After the item is received, inspected and confirmed defective.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • 🎁 Orders under €50 may be refunded via store credit (gift card) upon request

  3. Choose the product you want to return 
  4. Upon approval, We’ll email you a return shipping label (DHL)
  5. Return the product either via drop-off or home pickup, depending on availability
  6. After inspection, we will issue your refund 

⚠️ Please do not ship anything back before receiving return instructions and a label.

III.) 🌍 International Return Policy

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products for international orders. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size, or personal preference are not accepted.

  • Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect international orders will be covered or will be shared by us, depending on the case (case-by-case)
  • You must notify us of any defective or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for personal preference, opened or used products, or items not eligible for return or without prior approval.

📦 We only accept returns for international orders if the item is:

  1. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect 
  2. Products must be unused & unopened in original packaging
  3. Not in the non-returnable list
  4. Accompanied by a receipt or invoice
