Oral use:
1 tablespoon every morning—diluted in a little olive oil to make swallowing easier.

Therapeutic use: Morning and evening, preferably diluted in a bit of olive oil.

Cosmetic use: Used as a natural source of vitamin E for the skin. Apply topically once a day.

It can be used in cosmetic creams, body oils, and preparations for the skin, nails, and hair.
