Directions for Use:
10-20 drops in a little water or herbal tea, 1-2 times a day.
Precautions and Side Effects:

People with asthma or allergies to essential oils should use it with caution.
Possible side effects: Skin irritation in sensitive individuals or gastrointestinal discomfort at high doses. Avoid use in children under 6 years old without specialist advice.
In individuals taking anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin, heparin), use should be under monitoring, due to mild vasoactive action
