OR Parietaria officinalis, also known as "perdikia" or "parietaria", is a native plant of the Urticaceae family. Traditionally, it has been used for its diuretic and detoxifying properties, supporting the health of the urinary system and liver.
Chemical Composition: Parietaria officinalis contains important active compounds, such as:

Pharmacological Actions and Properties:

- Expectorant: Facilitates mucus elimination and enhances respiratory health.

Indications for Use:
- Treating urinary tract problems, such as cystitis and nephritis.
- Strengthening liver function and detoxification.
- Improving respiratory health, especially in cases of bronchitis or runny nose.

How to Use:
15-20 drops of tincture in water or decoction, 1-2 times a day.
Precautions:
- It should not be used by people with allergies to plants of the Urticaceae family.
- Use by pregnant and breastfeeding women should be avoided.
- Avoid excessive use, as it may cause gastrointestinal upset.
Side effects:
