Ephedra belongs to the Ephedraceae family and includes more than 50 different species. The most well-known is Ephedra sinica, which is most commonly used in traditional medicine. It is a small, woody shrub mainly found in dry areas of Asia, North America, and Europe. Its leaves are small and scale-like, while its flowers are non-productive.

- Stimulant: Enhances the central nervous system, improving alertness and energy.
- Αντιφλεγμονώδες: Μειώνει τη φλεγμονή και το οίδημα.
Indications for Use
- Treatment of respiratory problems, such as asthma and bronchitis.
- Αντιμετώπιση συμπτωμάτων κρυολογήματος και γρίπης.
- Διέγερση του μεταβολισμού και αύξηση της ενεργητικότητας.
- It is used to treat exhaustion and fatigue.
How to Use
10-30 drops of Ephedra tincture, diluted in water or herbal tea, 1-2 times daily.
