Carrot oil is the essential oil extract of the seeds of the carrot Daucus carota. It is rich in vitamins, antioxidants and carotenoids, offering excellent properties for the skin and hair. The oil has a woody, earthy sweet smell. Its color is yellow or amber reaching light orange-brown.
