The tincture of Quercus peduculata, derived from the bark and leaves of the oak tree (Quercus robur or Quercus penduculata), is used in phytotherapy mainly for its astringent and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also known as “royal oak”. The mother tincture is prepared from the bark, which is rich in tannins (mainly gallotannin and ellagitannin).

How to Use
15–30 drops of tincture in a little water or herbal tea, 1–2 times a day, according to the guidance of a specialist.

- Should be avoided by people with known allergies to the tincture’s ingredients or to other plants of the Fagaceae family.
- Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- People taking medication should consult their doctor or pharmacist before using the tincture.
