Myrtus communis, or common myrtle, is an evergreen shrub belonging to the Myrtaceae family. The plant is widely known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Its tincture is extracted mainly from the leaves and flowers of the plant and is used in phytotherapy to support digestion, strengthen the immune system and relieve various infections.
Chemical Composition: The chemical composition of the Myrtus communis tincture includes a variety of active constituents, such as:

- Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Side effects: Excessive use may cause gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea or stomach irritation. If allergic reactions occur (e.g. rash, itching), discontinue use.
