Instructions for Use
For Lymphedema, Phlebitis & Varicose Veins: 2–3 times a day, apply gently over the entire area until absorbed. Leave the area uncovered so the cream can be absorbed for at least 15 minutes. Ideally, cleanse with natural soap before each application. Avoid prolonged standing.
For Chilblains & Intense Itching: 3–4 times a day, apply gently over the entire area until absorbed. Leave the area uncovered to allow the cream to be absorbed for at least 15 minutes. Ideally, cleanse with a natural soap before each application.
For tired feet: After returning home and rinsing your feet, massage the cream into the soles and let it absorb. Avoid prolonged standing during the day.
