What is it and who is it aimed at?

Dr. Bach's Description
The arescue medicine. The emergency treatment for cases where there is no hope. In accident or sudden illness, or when the patient is very frightened or terrified, or if the condition is serious enough to cause great fear to those around. If the patient is unconscious, his lips may be moistened with the medicine. In addition, other medicines may be used, such as, for example, in unconsciousness, which is a deep, drowsy state, Clematis. if there is torture, Agrimony, and so on.
How do we drink it?
Add (2) drops to a beverage of your choice and drink regularly or (2) drops directly onto the tongue. For a combination of multiple remedies, add 2 drops of each essence © (max 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle with a little water and take 4 drops (4) times daily.
