How do we drink it?
Add (2) drops to a beverage of your choice and drink regularly. or (2) Drops directly onto tongue. For a combination of multiple remedies, add 2 drops of each essence © (max 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle with a little water and take 4 drops (4) times daily.
