Description of Dr Bach
For those who cannot prevent thoughts, ideas, arguments that they do not wish to enter their minds. Usually at such times when the interest of the moment is not strong enough to keep the mind occupied. Thoughts that worry and will remain or if they go away for a while, they will return. They seem to circle around and cause mental torture. The presence of such unpleasant thoughts drives away peace and interferes with being able to think only about the work or pleasure of the day.
How do we drink it?
Add (2) drops to a beverage of your choice and drink regularly or (2) drops directly onto the tongue. For a combination of multiple remedies, add 2 drops of each essence © (max 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle with a little water and take 4 drops (4) times daily.
