RADIS NOIR CHARACTERISTICS – BLACK RADISH
Radis noir (Raphanus sativus L. var. niger), belongs to the category of
Brassica napus and is a variety of radish that thrives mainly in Europe
and Asia. This particular variety differs in color, as it is black
outside and white inside. It has a much larger, elongated fruit than the
common red radish. Its length can reach up to 80 cm.
