What is it and who is it for?
...is the cure for every fear whose cause cannot be named. At one end of the spectrum, Aspen's fear may simply be a sense of foreboding, an anxious anxiety that something unpleasant or frightening is about to happen. On the other hand, it can be a real terror, with physical symptoms like hair standing on end.
Sometimes people think of Aspen as a night fear, associated with dreams and night terrors. Aspen would definitely be the right remedy if you're lying awake in the dark scared of something, but you don't know what it is. But in fact, Dr. Bach said that the fear of darkness is a Mimulus fear, as the cause (darkness) can be named. And Aspen's nameless fears are just as likely to appear in full sunlight as they are on a dark night.
Dr. Bach's Description
Vague unknown fears, for which no explanation or reason can be given. However, the patient may be afraid that something terrible will happen, he does not know what. These vague unexplained fears can haunt the night or the day. Sufferers are often afraid to tell others about their problems.
How do we drink it?
Pour (2) drops into a beverage of your choice and drink regularly. or (2) Drops directly onto the tongue.
