Coenzyme Q 10 (For a strong heart)..

A substance that has been very well studied for its beneficial benefits is
coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). It is also known as ubiquinone, which
comes from the Latin ubiquitous and means that which is found everywhere!

Its synthesis takes place in the liver from the amino acid tyrosine and with
