How do we drink Flower Potions?
You can get Flower Potions in a number of ways, the instructions here are designed to be easy to remember.
Caution: Taking larger doses at once does not have a stronger effect. However, if you are having a crisis, you can take more frequent doses to overcome it.
The dilution method
Put 2 drops of one (or more) herbs in a glass of water of a drink of your choice. Sip regularly throughout the day or as often as needed until relief is achieved. If you use the emergency formula ( Rescue Remedy ), add 4 drops to the glass instead of two.Drink from the glass regularly throughout the day, at least four times a day – and keep it warm, in the fridge or make a fresh mix every day.
Personal mixes
For more chronic problems we recommend making a personal mixture of remedies in a dropper bottle. It works out cheaper and will make your precious heals more productive. Simply:- Take an empty 30 ml dropper bottle
- Add 2 drops of each selected remedy (and/or 4 drops of Rescue Remedy ) to the bottle
- Fill the bottle with mineral water (ie still) or another drink of your choice (ideally sugar free)
- From this bottle take 4 drops, at least (4) times a day
Directly in the language or Sublingually
You can also take the medicines raw and concentrated, without diluting them. This is the most authentic way to get treatments and experience the effect they have on you. Also this way is the most ideal for crisis situations.
Again 2 drops, directly on the tongue, while if you are taking Rescue Remedy, the dose is 4 drops, directly on the tongue.
