Cumin has the Latin name Carum carvi and belongs to the Apiaceae family. It is an annual or biennial plant mainly found in Europe and Asia. It has fine, feathery leaves and small white or pink flowers that form umbels. Its fruit is small, brown, and aromatic.

How to Use
10-15 drops of tincture in a little water or infusion, 1-2 times daily, after meals.
Precautions
- Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as it may cause uterine contractions.
