Bugloss, Latin name: Anchusa officinalis, is a perennial plant belonging to the Boraginaceae family. It mainly grows in grassy areas and hedgerows in Europe. It features distinctive blue-purple flowers and long, lance-shaped leaves. It is traditionally used in herbal medicine for its soothing and healing properties.

Indications for Use
- Sore throat, cough, and respiratory inflammations.
- Skin inflammations and minor wounds.
- Ανακούφιση από πεπτικά προβλήματα όπως καούρες και γαστρίτιδα.
- Αντιμετώπιση τοπικών φλεγμονών ή μικροτραυματισμών.
How to Use
10-15 drops of tincture in a little water or herbal tea, 1-2 times a day.
- Διάρκεια χρήσης: Συνιστάται η χρήση για περιορισμένο χρονικό διάστημα, όχι πάνω από 2 εβδομάδες, λόγω της πιθανής τοξικότητας των αλκαλοειδών.
Precautions
- Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Do not use in individuals with liver disorders due to the potential toxic effects of pyrrolizidine alkaloids.
- Use only in appropriate doses and for a short period of time.
